Delivery & Returns Policy

FREE delivery and FREE 30 day returns*

You can return any item within 30 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. All we ask is that you send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging.
If your order doesn't qualify for free returns, or if you should choose to arrange your own delivery, we recommend that you use an insured, recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Who do we use to deliver your order?

Your order  will be delivered by UPS or DPD. Our back office systems are fully integrated with both couriers which means that the second your parcel is despatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Points to note

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or no wear condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Returning Requirements

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
